在二十一世紀鼓吹男女平等的時代，男士們如何在家中或情侣關係裏起帶頭的作用呢？
香港建道神學院院長梁家麟博士，聯同北美聖公會以馬内利堂主任梁永康主教，以及波士頓華人佈道會中文堂牧師陳德修牧師，用一連兩晚的「從『頭』開始」系列講座，一起探討現今男士如何在家庭、社會、及教會中提升及重建男性的身份、角色和位置，使達到男女之間彼此配搭的理想伙伴關係。
講座一 ：男人擔任「頭」的困惑

In the 21st century when we promote gender equality, how do men continue to lead in their households or their relationships?
Rev. Dr. Ka-lun Leung, President of Alliance Bible Seminary in Hong Kong, will be joined by Rt. Rev. Stephen Leung, Rector of Emmanuel Anglican Church – Boston, and Pastor Daniel Chan, Associate Pastor of Boston Chinese Evangelical Church in a two-night workshop – “Starting from the Head.” Together, they will engage in a panel discussion on how to revive the identity, role, and position of men in the family, the society, and the church of today, and to achieve the ideal partnership with women.
